Braulio A. García Vélez
Braulio A. García Vélez is an Associate in ADSUAR’s Litigation Practice Group, having joined the firm in 2021. He has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation ranging from complex commercial litigation, defamation, incapacity cases, foreclosures, as well as handling appellate and post-trial practice, including settlement agreements. His advocacy skills are shown in both his written and in-person work product. Braulio’s advice and professional insight are extremely valuable to clients in matters of every stage of a case, from pre-complaint analysis through appeal. His contributions range from developing case strategy, drafting key pleadings, conducting in-depth factual and legal research, drafting motions, managing all aspects of discovery, and preparing for trial. Strong advocacy has led to results, as he has helped secure numerous victories, ranging from favorable settlements to complete dismissal of claims at the trial level and complete reversal of unfavorable decisions on appeal.
