César R. Rosario Vega

César R. Rosario Vega has been in our tax team since 1995. In addition to handling complex issues of tax and corporate law, César advises clients on employee benefits law, assisting employers, plan fiduciaries and service providers with the design, adoption and compliance required for the successful administration of employee benefit plans, qualified and non-qualified plans, and statutory and non-statutory stock options.

Given his extensive experience, César has taught the Taxation of Corporations and Partnerships, Business Law and History of the United States courses course as an adjunct professor at the School of Law and Faculty of Business of Administration, both at the University of Puerto Rico, and the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music, respectively.
