Francisco J. García

Francisco J. García concentrates primarily on corporation law matters and transactional work as well as on the whole spectrum of commercial practice. Francisco handles most of the mergers and acquisitions for the firm in all different industry sectors – from real estate projects, hotels, hospitals, warehouses and commercial properties to ongoing business in wholesale and retail sectors and manufacturing as well as in the financial and service sector. Francisco is also knowledgeable in government and municipal bond issues and project financing. He is also involved in investment tax credits and their monetization, in tourism, manufacturing, conservation and other areas.
