Francisco Ríos Rivera

Francisco Ríos-Rivera graduated cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, with a B.A. in Accounting in 1992. In 1999 he obtained his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude. Admitted to the Puerto Rico Supreme Court in 1999 and to the U.S. District Court District of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Court of Appeals 1st Circuit in 2000.

With over 25 years of experience in state and federal courts, Francisco has extensive trial practice as lead counsel ranging from routine matters to complex cases.
