Juliana M. Pérez Alemañy

Juliana M. Pérez Alemañy is Counsel in ADSUAR’s Corporate Department and Estate Planning Department, having joined the firm as an Associate in 2015. Her advice and professional insight are extremely valuable to clients in matters across the corporate spectrum, including corporate governance, starting a business, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and winding up of operations. As part of her corporate experience, she has assisted clients in regulatory and licensing matters before the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, and her experience helps navigate the ever-evolving landscape of other government agencies and their regulations.

In addition to corporate matters, she assists clients in the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and other related estate planning documentation, as well as inheritance proceedings. Juliana also has experience representing clients in real estate transactions and the drafting and execution of such relevant documentation.
