Luis R. Pérez Giusti

Luis R. Pérez Giusti is currently ADSUAR’s Managing Partner and an experienced litigator having tried dozens of cases both in state and federal court, dealing primarily with labor and employment matters, commercial litigation, torts, education and health law. He has also litigated before several administrative agencies, including labor arbitration and before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), among others. Luis is also a well known and patient negotiator, persistently pursuing creative and win/win solutions both in and outside of court.

In over 30 years of experience, he has devoted his practice to counseling employers and guiding them through the complicated employment statutes in Puerto Rico.
